Marketing traditional treats
Lirije Ilazi, owner of Rolleo – a Kosovan producer of biscuits – is a woman with great vision. Thanks to tailored advice and finance from the EBRD, her company is benefiting from improved marketing tools and will soon open a new factory. This project is part of the EBRD’s Women in Business programme in Kosovo.
A new catalogue and product labels have helped Rolleo to boost sales of its traditional confectionery and the firm is now able to supply most of the Kosovan market. The company plans to double its number of employees to cope with the additional demand.
The new factory will enable Rolleo to comply with ISO standards and halal requirements.
